    BYOD Agreement

  • 2025 Re-Enrolment Forms

    All existing 2024 families are required to return the following:

    1. Complete the re-enrolment form via the email link.
    2. Code of Conduct and Expectation Charter

    For more information about our 2025 Re-Enrolment process please refer to our Enrolments page. 

  • Extra Curricular Activity Form

    If a Child is required to leave during their scheduled session families are required to complete our Extra Curricular Form.


    Examples include:

    - Band Rehersal

    - Soccer Training

    - School Excursion

  • Year 5 & 6 Device Agreement

    Year 5 & 6 students of Grays Point Public School are eligible to utilise their devices (with no internet) during each school term. 

    If you and your child are interested in providing this opportunity for your child, please complete our Year 5 & 6 Device Agreement 

    (only term eligibility and must be completed annual on re-enrolment).

  • Vacation Care Device Agreement

    Children enrolled into Vacation Care are eligible to bring along their personal devices (with no internet) and utilise for 30 minutes. 

    If you and your child would like to agree to your child utilising their device during Vacation Care Only, please complete the Vacation Care Device Agreement
